Always an itch in the most embarrassing of places.
Joanne Guest
is Britain's favourite Page 3 blonde and this DVD presents a profile of
her with comments and chat throughout the programme, blended in with
'arty' poses and playing up to the camera with her 34B-24-34 assets.
Of the chapters on this disc, Cool Shower may leave you feeling hot
and bothered, In At the Deep End sees our girl go for a wade in a
hotel pool and Sun, Camera, Action features Jo in a camera shoot,
pictures taken by her girlfriend.
Naturism rules!
The picture quality is mostly first-rate and is presented in a matted 1.66:1
ratio to give a pseudo-widescreen effect, although those with widescreen TVs
will probably zoom in anyway to blow-up Ms. Guest's famous assets.
The average bitrate is a high 7.71Mb/s, often peaking about 9Mb/s.
The sound quality is fine, but is hardly pushing the boat out, but then what
did you expect with a soft-porn title ? (those looking for 70's music need not
queue here...). It is presented in Dolby Digital 2.0 (Dolby Surround).
Bathtime for Jo.
Extras :
Chapters :
10 chapters spread over the 52-minute programme: one each to open and close
the proceedings, plus 8 separate 'glamour scenes'.
Languages & Subtitles :
The film is in English only, with no subtitles.
Menu :
The usual standard pictureless Playboy main menu, but the scene selection
menu has a different static picture for each one.
Not the time to do the washing up.
Overall :
Joanne Guest has been in the modelling business for about eight
years now and shows no signs of losing her touch as the screengrabs within
this review prove beyond all doubt. There's no extras, but there's plenty of
freeze-framable material and it's well worth sixteen quid of your money.
"Almost got it."
